30-minute segments designed for the active adult incorporating one or more of the following formats: BOOM Muscle (cardio/strength-based athletic exercises inspired by functional movements and sports), BOOM Move (higher intensity dance for cardio endurance and burning calories), and BOOM Mind (yoga, Pilates, stretching, core strength and flexibility).
