30 minutes

An intense 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) team training session, designed to improve strength and build lean muscle. Barbells, weight plates and body weight exercises will be used to blast all major muscle groups. You will be motivated to go harder when your coach gets right down on the floor with you to push you to your limit!
