EōS FITNESS GYM CLOSURE UPDATES (COVID-19)

Dear EōS Family,
We hope that you and your families are safe and healthy. Thank you for the outpouring of love, support, and concern in regard to how COVID-19 will impact our business and employees. Maintaining the health and safety of our communities is the driving force behind the determination to follow the urgent recommendations that nonessential businesses remain closed through the end of April 2020. As a reminder, we will continue to not bill any member fees during the closure period.
On March 30th, we announced that all EōS Fitness locations and the corporate office will remain closed until at least April 30th, in accordance with state and federal urging. Shortly after the announcement to our members, we updated our employees on the steps that we are taking to ensure that our team is well taken care of during this time.
While our clubs are closed, we require a smaller workforce to execute on the critical activities of our business. With consideration of the CARES initiative, we have determined that it is in the best interest of our remaining employees to be placed on furlough starting April 3rd. Our impacted employees who are currently enrolled in our benefits program will continue to receive benefits, fully subsidized by EōS Fitness. We remain committed to all of our employees and will continue to support them.
There is no doubt that we are facing a challenging and unprecedented time that has the potential to be devastating to our industry. We are being deliberate and thoughtful in every decision that is being made, knowing the irreversible impact they may have. The strength of our culture and your loyalty keeps us committed to doing the absolute best for our employees, members, and communities.
We look forward to when we can reopen our clubs and be back together. We will continue to provide more updates as they become available. We will come out of this together, stronger than ever.

Dear EōS Family,
We hope that you are staying safe and healthy. We are amazed by how our incredible EōS Family has banded together in positivity and support as we continue to navigate uncharted territory. Fitness is proving to be a unifying activity as so many EōS members are participating in #EoSFlattensTheCurve by staying motivated with our at-home workouts.
On Tuesday, March 17th at 12pm, EōS closed the doors to its 45 locations, and made the decision to halt all member fees during the closure. We were hopeful that we could reopen our doors on April 1st, however that is no longer the case. Based on the government’s recommendation to continue social distancing, EōS will remain closed until at least April 30th, 2020. We will continue to not charge membership dues and service fees during our closure.

We appreciate the positive support from our members as #EoSFlattensTheCurve. We’ve received a few questions regarding how billing will work during the club closure and want to ensure you that all EōS members will be taken care of.
Were you billed two weeks ago?
- Your next month’s dues will be adjusted, you’ll pay less.
Were you billed today or this past week?
- Your next month’s dues will be adjusted, you’ll pay less.
Are you scheduled to be billed within the next 2 weeks?
- All Membership accounts are currently frozen, membership dues and all add-on services including Personal Training, Kids’ Club, Towel Service, etc. will not be billed until the gym reopens. Once the club reopens, you guessed it: You’ll pay less!
In all scenarios, you will not pay for the days we are closed. Thank you again for your continued support.

Dear Valued EōS Members,
The health and wellness of our members and employees is a top priority for EōS Fitness Leadership; and the safety of our EōS Family is the cornerstone of our EōS Ethos.
In an effort to help prevent the spreading of Coronavirus (COVID-19):
- Effective Tuesday, March 17th at 12:00pm local time all EōS Fitness locations company-wide, including the Corporate office, will be closing until March 31st, 2020. If the closure extends beyond this date, we will communicate updates via email and on eosfitness.com.
- Between now and Tuesday, March 17th at 12:00pm local time all Group Fitness Classes are cancelled, all EōS Kids’ Clubs, Basketball Courts, Steam Rooms and Saunas will be unavailable.
DURING THIS CLOSURE PERIOD, ALL EōS MEMBERSHIPS AND ADD-ON SERVICES (E.G. PERSONAL TRAINING, KIDS’ CLUB, TOWEL SERVICE, ETC.) WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY FROZEN WITH ZERO DUES BILLED. YOU DO NOT NEED TO TAKE ANY ACTION FOR YOUR MEMBERSHIP TO BE FROZEN. BILLING WILL ONLY RESUME ONCE THE GYMS ARE ABLE TO REOPEN.
