A functional fitness class preparing you for real-world challenges like a Tough Mudder, Spartan Race or Warrior Dash event. Specialized to deliver a full body workout, the goal is to get you ready by attacking the four fitness pillars – Power, Strength, Endurance and Agility – at different stations. And, you’ll be motivated by a coach every step of the way.
