A functional fitness class preparing you for “real world” challenges like a Tough Mudder, Spartan Race or Warrior Dash event. Specialized to deliver a full body workout, it is fun, unique and challenging! The goal is to get you ready through the 4 fitness pillars – Power, Strength, Endurance and Agility at different stations. You will be motivated by a “coach” every step of the way!
