Meditative Yoga

Think of this class as more meditative therapy than exercise. Although there is an amazing training effect, the intention of this particular style of yoga is healing. The postures can be fairly challenging, but all individuals are encouraged to modify any position as much as necessary to stay in a meditative zone (inner silence) while making full use of the body.
