A lower- to moderate-intensity water class where exercises are specifically designed to help improve joint flexibility and reduce pain and stiffness. The water’s buoyancy and resistance will prevent unnecessary jarring on joints, and it will feel amazing to work out. This is a fun, non-competitive environment where getting fit feels great!
