Hippity Hop and the kids don’t stop! This one of a kind dance workout is all about fun and positive performance. They will feel like they are in a music video! Throughout the class all the easy to learn dance moves are taught so at the end a full hip hop routine comes together. This type of learning helps young people feel such an amazing sense of accomplishment every class – they won’t even realize they are exercising it’s so much fun!
Zumba Kids classes feature kid-friendly routines based on original Zumba choreography and music! We break down the steps, add games, activities and cultural exploration elements into the class structure to ensure a great time is had by everybody! Wepa!
Gen Z Bootcamp
Attention! Gen Z Bootcamp is an exciting circuit-training program designed with kids in mind. This entertaining program combines cardio, strength, agility & mind-body components. Participate in obstacle course fun, while incorporating body-weight training, exercise balls, rings & more! Woo hoo!
Yoga for Youth (Coming Soon!)
Yoga for Youth is an inspirational yoga class where young people will learn to improve their balance, flexibility, mobility, reduce stress and build confidence. This one of a kind workout will focus on fun yoga poses, breathing techniques, relaxing the mind, body awareness and mental concentration. The goal is to help build true fitness and create innate joy through movement and focus. Namaste!
Generation POUND (Coming Soon!)
GENERATION POUND® is a youth-oriented program that fuses movement and music to improve focus, coordination, physical fitness and teamwork skills. By combining exercise and interactive activities, kids will learn new ways to explore movement, embrace their creativity and ROCK OUT—ultimately building strength, confidence and self-awareness.
*Classes are for kids of members and non-members. If parent is a non-member, waiver must be signed so parent can utilize gym while class is in session.
*All parents must remain on site and sign in child at the beginning of class, and sign out child at the end of class.
