Sample 31-day Workout Calendar
What can you expect when you invest in personal training near you? During your first session, your trainer will likely ask you questions about your health and fitness experience. They will then help you define your fitness goals, whether you want to trim some body fat, build muscle, or regain strength and mobility after an injury. Next, your trainer will put you through some baseline testing so they can assess your fitness. This baseline test will be important for comparing your results later.
Finally, your trainer will build a workout plan customized just for you. This workout plan will come in the form of a monthly calendar like the sample below. The calendar will include a workout schedule for you to implement during the week, even when you don’t have training sessions. The beauty of the calendar is that it takes the guesswork out of fitness, so each day in the gym will move you closer to your fitness goals.
