Sample 31-day Workout Calendar
What makes a personal trainer so valuable? Is it their knowledge, their ability to hold you accountable, or the fact that they can create a training program customized just for you? The answer, of course, is all of the above. However, the fact that your trainer will devise a training program geared toward your goals will help speed up your fitness progress. Instead of you just guessing at what you need to do, your trainer will design the workouts, rep schemes, and intensity level for you. They’ll also program rest days so you can allow your body to recover.
Check out the sample 31-day workout calendar below. This is similar to the customized calendar your trainer will create for you. The beauty of the calendar is that it will include workouts you can do even on the days you aren’t working with your trainer. This will allow you to keep the progress going on your own and to rest when needed.
With personal training in Temecula, CA, there’s no excuse for you not to get in the best shape of your life.

Part of the certification process for personal trainers involves learning how to work with different populations with unique health and fitness goals. For example, one client may wish to lose weight, while another may want to add muscle and focus on bodybuilding. Yet another client may be recovering from hip surgery and simply want to regain lost mobility.
Some gyms that offer personal training try to fit every client into the same training routine. Not at EōS Fitness. We’ve outlined six broad personal training tracks for our clients, which are:
- Anti-Aging/Prehab
- Bodybuilding
- High Intensity/Weight Loss/Fat Burning
- Post-Injury Rehab
- Sports Specific
- Strength-Based
There is a lot of leeway within each of these tracks, which will allow your trainer to design your fitness program especially for you. For example, the anti-aging/prehab track will focus on maintaining strength and mobility and preventing future injury and falls. That can look a lot different depending on where a client is starting from. The same goes for each category.
What this means is that you’ll get a personalized experience no matter which track you pick. You can also switch tracks over time, especially if you’ve achieved one fitness goal and want to focus on another. It’s not uncommon, for example, for someone in a post-injury rehab program to switch to weight loss or strength-based training after they’ve recovered from their injury.
