• White background
• Good lighting, no shadows
• Portrait mode not landscape
• Head shot only (shoulders and higher)
• Black or Gray EOS Uniform Shirt
• No jewelry or accessories (e.g. pens behind the ear)
• SMILE!

Take your photo in portrait mode, not landscape. If you send the photo in landscape mode or you don’t follow the instructions above, your photo will be rejected and you will have to resubmit this form.
