MEMBERSHIP FAQ
All EōS Fitness Memberships are extremely affordable and vary in cost based on the gym type and the membership tier. All EōS locations have three membership plans, each with different amenity access. The majority of EōS locations start at $9.99/mo, select California locations start at $15.99/mo and the Downtown Phoenix location starts at $19.99/mo. Additionally, every EōS Membership has an Annual Membership Fee of $49.99 billed within 30 days of enrolling, then annually within 30 days of your enrollment anniversary. This helps ensure that we can continue to bring you new fitness offerings, new cutting-edge equipment, new classes and more!
EōS offers three membership tiers: Basic, Blue/Platinum, Black/Platinum+ CLICK HERE to learn more about each membership type.
Hours vary by location, with the majority of EōS locations being 24 hours a day. All EōS locations are closed Thanksgiving Day afternoon, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, and New Year’s Eve.
All Members must be 13 years of age or older. Members 13-17 years old must have a legal guardian sign the membership agreement, and can then enjoy their workouts unaccompanied. Children 12 years of age and younger are not permitted on the gym floor at any time for their own safety and the safety of all Members and Team Members. Kids’ Club Memberships, at select gyms, are available for children between 6 months and 12 years old.
Absolutely! The Black and Platinum Memberships have Unlimited VIP Guest Privileges, which means you can bring one Guest with you every time you hit the gym. It can be the same Guest or a different one each time, they just must be accompanied by their associated Member when checking into the gym. All Guests must be 18 years of age or older, or 16 years of age or older accompanied by a legal guardian.
Every EōS Membership agreement is for a month-to-month membership, with only a 30-day notice needed to cancel your membership (although, we know you will love EōS as much as we do and will never actually want to cancel your membership!).
We know that we are the right gym for you and want you to feel the same way. EōS offer a Free 7-Day Trial Pass to those 18 years of age and older with a local ID. If you’ve had an EōS Membership in the past and want to try us out again, 12 months must have passed since the cancellation of your previous Membership to take advantage of the 7-Day Trial Pass.
There are zero locations restrictions for our Free 7-Day Passes. However, if you’ve had an EōS Membership in the past and want to try us out again, 12 months must have passed since the cancellation of your previous Membership to take advantage of the 7-Day Trial Pass.

The gyms busiest hours vary by location, but the gyms are generally the busiest weekdays between 6am-9am and 4pm-7pm.

Your trainer will discuss your goals and together you’ll commit to a training plan and nutrition plan to help you get there. There are currently 120+ EōS Fitness locations open or on the way in Arizona, California, Florida, Nevada, Texas and Utah.
- You absolutely can freeze your Membership for any reason. We know that life happens and you may not be able to make it into the gym for periods of time.
- You can freeze your EōS Membership for up to 3 months for only $5 per each month frozen.
- If your Annual Membership Fee bill date is within your freeze period, it will still be billed and is not able to be deferred.
- At the time that you freeze your Membership, your freeze time period will be determined. After the freeze ends, your regular Membership dues will automatically resume without any additional action needed.
To freeze your Membership:
- Submit your freeze request on the Contact Us page.
- Send a written request to customercare@abcfitness.com with your agreement or barcode number, the date you would like your freeze to be effective and the length of time (up to 3 months).
- Call or visit your EōS location and ask to speak with a Front Desk Team Member.
AZ, FL, TX & UT

1. All EōS Memberships are month-to-month memberships with a 30-day cancellation notice required.
2. You will be billed your last month’s membership on the regular day of the month once your 30-day cancellation notice has been received.
3. Our Right of Rescission Policy is available to all new Members who wish to cancel their Membership within a few days of signing up and receive a refund of all monies rendered. You can cancel for a full-refund within 3-days of signing up, weekends and holidays excluded.
4. All Memberships must be in good standing without a past due balance.
5. If you have an active Personal Training Agreement, you won’t be able to cancel your Membership. All Personal Training Agreements are separate multi-month contracts and you will need to visit the gym to discuss Personal Training cancellation options. Once your Personal Training Agreement is cancelled, you will then be able to cancel your Membership.
6. Please visit the gym directly to update your billing or get information about freezing or cancelling your Membership.

Your Personal Training Program is for either a 4 month period or a 6 month period. Please reference your Personal Training agreement.
All sessions are 25 minutes or 50 minutes in length. We encourage you to arrive a few minutes prior to the start time of your session. Please reference your Personal Training agreement.
You should wear comfortable athletic wear and sneakers that you can exercise in and get measurements in.
You should eat no more than 2 hours prior to your session, be very hydrated, and make sure that you are well rested. A workout towel also comes in handy.
Please contact your Personal Trainer or the Fitness Manager at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled session to reschedule it by calling the gym or emailing them at their eosfitness.com email address. To help ensure that EōS Personal Trainers are providing the absolute best fitness experience for our Members, we ask that they are not contacted on their personal cellphones. If you need to change your scheduled session within 24 hours of it, you will forfeit the session and are not eligible to reschedule it or claim a reimbursement.
Your Personal Training Program automatically rolls over into a month-to-month program. At any time after your term, you can cancel your Personal Training Program with a thirty day notice.

EōS packs tons of amazing amenities into your fitness experience. Come check out our indoor swimming pools, hot tubs and saunas; MOVEōS Cinema where you can watch a big screen movie while you workout; The EōS Yard turf functional training area with a plethora of fitness tools; a huge variety of Group Fitness, Cycle and Water Fitness classes; cutting-edge strength training equipment, dumbbells that go to 150 lbs and the latest cardio options, fun in the sun outdoor workout areas; personal training and nutritional guidance; high tech recovery options like massage chairs and more; and let’s not forget about our tiniest Members who love our Kids’ Club filled with games, activities and more!
We offer complimentary wifi within all EōS locations.
All EōS locations have high-end locker rooms with showers.
EōS is not responsible for lost or stolen items left in the lockers or in the locker rooms. Lockers are for day use only. Locks left on overnight will be removed and the locker contents donated.
The length of the pools vary by location, with them being in the range of 20-25 yards
Our rules for the pool are meant to keep everyone safe and while rules aren’t always fun, sometimes we just have to have ’em! Pool rules can be found here: EōS Pool Rules
Access to the Kids’ Club at all EōS locations excluding California locations are $20 per child. All EōS California locations are $25 per child.
Kids’ Club Hours are:
Monday -Thursday | 8:00 am – 12:00 pm and 4:00 pm – 8:00pm
Friday and Saturday | 8:00 am – 12:00pm
Sunday | Closed
Our tiniest Members must be at least 6 months old.
The maximum age allowed in the Kids’ Club is 12 years of age.

Yes, the Kids’ Club is available for Guests utilizing a Guest Pass, however it is based on capacity and reservation availability.

• Select Add Child
Parents are required to show their reservations and proof of Kids’ Club privileges at each visit as well as when they sign their kiddos in and out. Also, be sure your kids are fed, changed and have used the potty before being signed in. As for toys and snacks, please leave any toys, electronics, snacks or drinks (other than bottles) at home.
Be sure to dress your kiddos appropriately for a climate-controlled environment. All EōS Tykes are required to wear socks while in Kids’ Club and remember to visibly mark all your child’s belongings.
• Parents must remain on site during each visit.
• There is a 2-hour maximum time allotted for kids to be signed into Kids’ Club.
• Parents may be called upon during their workout to attend to a behavioral issue, crying kiddo or for a diaper change.
For safety reasons, the play area beyond the check-in gate is only for our tiniest Members and Team Members. Children can be seen at all times on our EōS Tykes TV located on the wall in the open gym area.
Kiddos must remain in Kids’ Club and are not permitted in the locker rooms or workout areas. Once your child turns 13, you can speak with a Fitness Counselor to sign them up for their own membership.
If your kids are sick or experiencing any of the following symptoms, please keep them at home:
• Vomiting 2 or more times in 24 hours
• Having diarrhea with 3 or more watery stools in 24 hours
• A sore throat with a fever or swollen glands
• A fever with a temperature of 100° or more
• An eye infection with thick mucus or drainage from the eye
• A rash, lice, nits or any body rash especially with a fever or itching
• And if your little one is just not feeling very good, tired, pale, has a lack of appetite, is confused or cranky
If any of the above arise, parents will be called to pick up their kiddo.
