The step was originally designed to be more of a “training tool” to achieve a shapely and strong lower body. This class is designed to take it back to what it was intended for – great legs and butts without having to worry about intricate choreography. This athletically based step class focuses more on simplifying the mental component in order to enhance the physical benefit!
