Ride 101

If you are new to indoor cycling this is the perfect class for you to feel comfortable getting started! This could also be a perfect choice for you if you just enjoy a slower pace and more attention to form and technique. Overall, the class is not as intense physically, and can be great for the person who prefers a less intimidating atmosphere than a traditional cycling class.

Looking to effectively train every part of your body? Ride the bike and get ‘ripped’ in one workout – intervals of cycling and off the bike exercises will help you get the most ‘bang for your buck’. Feel free to wear cycle shoes or sneakers for the ride portion of the class, but sneakers are required for the strength portion off the bike.

Rev Up, Wind Down

Let us show you just how effective a class that incorporates both “yin” and “yang” can be – not only for your body, but for your mind! “Rev Up” by cycling intensely to annihilate fat and calories, then “Wind Down” with yoga to make the muscles feel strong, the body centered, and the mind more peaceful. This class is the perfect partnering of both worlds!

HIIT (high intensity interval training) is all the hit for those that want to spend less time in the gym, but still get super fit! In this HIIT style cycle class, 30-minutes is all you need! Scorching calories in the least time possible is the goal! Periods of hard work, followed by short recoveries is the name of the game!
