H2O Bootcamp

A cardio intensive class with a more athletic approach to water fitness. You will experience a true “bootcamp” style where a variety of drills are performed involving kicks, jabs, calisthenics, lunges, jumps and running! There will also be a more extensive strengthening and toning focus using weights, noodles and kick boards!

Dance Waves

A lower to moderate intensity water class where exercises are specifically designed to help improve joint flexibility and reduce pain and stiffness. The water’s buoyancy and resistance will prevent unnecessary jarring on joints, and it will feel amazing to work out! This is a fun, non-competitive environment where getting fit feels great.

Keep It Deep

Join us for a water fitness class taught mostly in the deep water. The perfect way to protect your joints while you get an excellent workout. Packed with a great cardio section, upper body weight training and finish with stretching for the whole body. We provide noodles for buoyancy and hand weights for strength training. Please bring your own water belt if you prefer.

It includes intervals to pump up your heart rate, improve your fitness and increase your metabolism! Aqua Yoga

This program is a gentle, healing low impact aquatic activity using the basic exercises, principles, and movements of traditional yoga and adapts them to a soothing shallow-water environment. With the release of gravity, the body can find the best stretch that traditional mat yoga may restrict. Because you are creating fluid movements in your spine and taking weight off of your joints, you will leave feeling relaxed, refreshed and renewed!

Water Pump

Strength training in the water is highly effective because the resistance of the water creates resistance both concentrically and eccentrically unlike the land. This will take your workout to a whole new level using the weight of the water to increase strength! We add weights and noodles to get an even bigger benefit – all the while being kind to your joints and ligaments. All levels are welcome as the weights come in different sizes, and you will feel completely energized with a deep muscle lengthening stretch at the end.
