Recovery is the key to keeping your body healthy and working out safely over the years. When we restore our bodies in this specialty type of yoga class, we are focusing on opening up and rejuvenating tight muscles. The postures are held longer, and there is a special focus on slower stretching for a more therapeutic outcome.
