Good ole 32 count combos that will keep you entertained in this traditional step class. The choreography isn’t overcomplicated, but it’s still challenging! You can use 2, 4 or no risers at all depending on how high you want to step. Sometimes you gotta go back to the basics for the best results – tighten, lift and build the lower body!  Step it up, and “rise” to the occasion!
