Your personal training journey at EōS Fitness will start with a Complimentary Welcome Workout with your trainer. During this session, we’ll start with some initial evaluations to determine the best program to meet your needs, including:
- Discussion of your short- and long-term fitness goals
- Assessment of your current fitness level
- Movement assessment and posture analysis
- Initial body composition test (if desired)
From there, you and your personal trainer will begin to establish a plan for achieving your goals safely and effectively. Together, you’ll create a personalized timeline for reaching milestones. Your trainer will also provide an overview of cardio and weight equipment (if needed) and lead you through a quick one-on-one workout to get your comfortable with the process.
