DALLAS – May 16, 2024 – EōS Fitness, the fast-growing High Value. Low Price. (HVLP)® gym, with over 125 locations open or on the way, began 2024 with an impressive Q1 packed with new location openings, innovative amenities and executive team developments that illustrate the company’s leadership in the health and fitness industry.

In Q1, EōS signed six new leases between Arizona and Texas, including plans to open the first EōS locations in Dallas, Celina and Hurst in the next two years. Additionally, EōS officially opened its doors to five new locations in four states in Q1:
- North Richland Hills, Texas: Located at 7120 Rufe Snow Dr. and covering nearly 60,000 square feet, this is the city’s first EōS Fitness location and the 11th location in the state.
- Peoria, Arizona: 10160 W. Lake Pleasant Parkway is the second EōS location in the city. The gym covers 42,000 square feet and is the 31st EōS Fitness location in the state.
- Glendale, Arizona: This 40,000-square-foot facility is located at 4355 W. Glendale Ave., marking the gym’s fifth location in the city and 32nd in the state.
- Hudson, Florida: EōS Fitness’ first location in the city is at 8924 State Road 52 and covers 44,000 square feet. This is the 10th EōS Fitness location in the state.
- Salt Lake City, Utah: Situated in downtown Salt Lake City at 515 S. 700 E., EōS’ first location in the city covers over 27,000 square feet and is the 12th EōS Fitness location in the state.
These new full-service gyms feature cutting-edge amenities, including revolutionary EōS Smart Strength Equipment powered by EGYM, The Tank, the Recovery Room, the Evolt 360 Body Composition Scanner, The EōS Yard®, a huge variety of state-of-the-art cardio equipment, free weights up to 150 pounds, certified personal trainers, a diverse range of weekly custom choreographed group fitness and cycle classes and more.
The company has no plans to slow down its expansion, with several new openings and lease signings already in place for Q2 to continue providing EōS’ growing family with the total fitness experience.
Illustrative of the company’s continued commitment to innovation, EōS rolled out new unique amenities in Q1 and reinvested $4 million in existing gyms to add new premium features, with plans to invest another $12 million throughout 2024.
The Set is a dedicated camera-friendly space for content creators to capture health and wellness content without disrupting other members’ sweat sessions. The Set offers the latest strength equipment paired with custom art installations curated by local artists, Insta-worthy backdrops, custom mood lighting, specialty playlists and more. The Set is featured at select gyms in Arizona, Florida, Texas and Utah and is coming soon to more EōS locations across the United States.
Through the EōS Assisted Stretch Program, the gym’s fitness experts help members move with less pain, lower stress levels and accelerate recovery. Members can access this unique amenity at select EōS locations in Arizona and Utah and at gyms nationwide soon.
