EōS G-Fit is bringing you Live Streaming Classes, taught by your favorite EōS instructors!

All 30-minute classes will start promptly on time, streamed through Facebook or Instagram. Classes through Facebook can be viewed through your mobile device, tablet or computer. Classes through Instagram can only be viewed on your mobile device or tablet. Pro Tip: use the Mirror Feature on any of your devices to view the class on your TV.

All you need to do is grab the recommended household items for your preferred class, a towel and a glass of water. Then click the button for your preferred class up to 5 minutes before the start time and get ready to follow along. Happy sweating!

Good ole 32 count combos that will keep you entertained in this traditional step class. The choreography isn’t overcomplicated, but it’s still challenging! You can use 2, 4 or no risers at all depending on how high you want to step. Sometimes you gotta go back to the basics for the best results – tighten, lift and build the lower body!  Step it up, and “rise” to the occasion!
