EōS california LOCATIONS ARE CLOSED EFFECTIVE 10PM ON JULY 13TH, AS DIRECTED BY GOVERNOR NEWSOM.

 

Unfortunately, a firm reopening date has not been announced at this time AND WE WILL PROVIDE UPDATES AS WE HAVE THEM.

 

We appreciate you being a part of the EoS Family as we collectively work though this unprecedented ongoing health crisis. Now more than ever, our Members and Team Members need fitness options for their physical and mental health. All of our At-Home Workouts, live and on-demand, are available for you on our Facebook and Instagram channels so you can keep your fitness going

♥ When will the EōS california locations reopen?

All locations are currently closed, as ordered by Governor Newsom on Monday, July 13th. 

When are you going to bill me my monthly fees?

For the locations that are reopening on June 12th, billing resumed June 17th.  

Can I put a temporary freeze on my account?

All membership dues were frozen automatically at no cost during the period of time our gyms were closed, which began on March 17th. Complimentary freeze extensions were offered within the first week of reopening. Please contact your gym to discuss additional membership freeze options. 

When will you charge me for personal training?

Personal Training billing resumed on Monday, June 22nd. Complimentary freeze extensions were offered within the first week of reopening. Please contact your gym to discuss additional Personal Training freeze options.

When will you charge me for the Kids’ Club?

Kids’ Club usage is not included in our initial Reopening Plan. We will provide more information on the Kids’ Club Reopening as soon as we are able.

Can I use a guest pass to visit the gym?

If you are a current member with Unlimited VIP Bring-A-Guest Privileges as a part of your membership or as an add-on service, you are still able to bring your VIP Guest. 

♥ RESERVE YOUR WORKOUT TIME SLOT UP TO 24-HOURS IN ADVANCE: To ensure social distancing within the gym, the number of members in the gym at the same time will be limited. You can book your workouts via the EōS Mobile App or by CLICKING HERE. 
We absolutely understand that a reservation system may be inconvenient and frustrating. The intention is to understand hourly usage to ensure we are adhering to required social distancing guidelines. We do not anticipate reaching capacity, simply wish to be prepared. The safety of our team members and members is at the continued forefront of every decision we have made.
If you have VIP Bring-A-Guest VIP privileges with your membership, you can reserve their workout at the same time you reserve yours.

♥ Face covering guidelines as mandated by local governments All members wear a face covering when entering and exiting the gym, and within the gym AT ALL TIMES.

Downtown LA: Masks AND gloves are required in the gym at all times.

♥ Members are required to sanitize every piece of equipment prior to use and after use, utilizing the cleaning spray and paper towels provided by EōS.

♥ Members with potential symptoms or high-risk individuals are strongly urged to remain home.

♥ Members required to maintain 6 ft of social distancing while in the facility.

♥ Limited number of members will be permitted in clubs at one time.

♥ Staff continuously circulating to discourage close proximity workouts.

♥ Hospital grade/CDC recommended disinfectant and hand sanitizer will be available to members in all areas of the club for wiping equipment before and after use.

REOPENING FACILITY GUIDELINES: 

♥ Limited hours of operation:
– Monday-Thursday | 5:00am – 10:00pm
– Friday | 5:00am – 8:00pm
– Saturday-Sunday | 7:00am – 7:00pm

*** DAILY Senior Workout Hour | 2:00pm-3:00pm: This time is reserved for our members 55+ and/or those with vulnerable immune systems. 

♥ Contact-Free Check-in | No physical interaction

♥ Limited number of members in club at one time, allowing 100 square feet of space per member.

♥ Updated June 19th: We are currently assessing the reopening date for the Kids’ Club/Playroom, working with local government officials to ensure the safety of your little one(s).

♥ Group Fitness Classes will resume at a limited capacity approximately 1-week after Reopening.

♥ Close proximity spaces including the Sauna, Steam Room, Hot Tub, Tanning, Basketball Courts and Massage Chairs will remain closed.

♥ Swimming pool will be limited to one swimmer per lane.

♥ Social distancing with cardio equipment – Every other piece of cardio equipment will be turned off to maintain at least 6ft of spacing between members

♥ Selectorized machines and free weight equipment will be utilized as to maintain 6ft of space between members exercising. If machines and/or equipment are closer than 6ft to each other, they will be made inoperable to maintain social distancing.

♥ Drinking fountains will not be available, only water bottle filling stations will be available.

♥ Employer provided face masks will be mandatory for staff.

♥ Employees will go through a Health Check, including a temperature check, at the start of each shift. All Health Checks will be logged on an online shared spreadsheet.
–   Employees who have symptoms (i.e., fever, cough, or shortness of breath) are required to notify their supervisor and stay home.
–  Sick employees are reminded to follow CDC recommended steps.
–  Employees will not be allowed not return to work until the criteria to discontinue home isolation are met, in consultation with healthcare providers and state and local health departments.

♥ Employees who are well but who have a sick family member at home with COVID-19 are required to notify their supervisor.

♥ Employees will minimize face-to-face contact with other employees and work tasks that allow them to maintain a distance often feet from other workers, customers and visitors.

♥ Employees will be instructed to avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands.

♥ Continuously clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces such as workstations, keyboards, telephones, handrails, and doorknobs.

♥ Employees will avoid using other employees’ phones, desks, offices, or other work tools and equipment, when possible. If necessary, employees will be required to clean and disinfect them before and after use.

♥ Employees will be strategically placed throughout the workout floor to monitor and promote social distancing. These employees will be responsible for sanitizing every piece of equipment after member use.

♥ Break Rooms and Common Areas will be limited to maintain social distancing guidelines.

♥ Employees will be notified of any updated local protocols and guidelines

♥ All chemicals used to clean and disinfect will be EPA approved and CDC recommended.

♥ Cleaning protocols will follow manufacturers guidelines for concentration, application, method, and contact time with increased attention to high-touch areas in the gyms.

♥ A minimum of 15 spray bottles with cleaning solution will be available throughout the gym.

♥ Employees will be provided with policies for worker protection and provided training prior to beginning any cleaning tasks.

♥ Disposable gloves and masks will be provided for all cleaning personnel. Additional PPE will be provided as needed.

♥ Limited hours will allow for deep cleaning and disinfecting during closure of club.

♥ If you have an active Personal Training plan, billing will resume on Wednesday, June 17th. 

♥ Any 2020 unused Personal Training sessions will be extended for use by 60 days, allowing you plenty of time to utilize them before they expire.

♥ You get priority on reserving your 1-hour gym workout time slot for your Training session.

♥ In addition to the social distancing measures outlined in the EōS Reopening Plan, you will have the opportunity to utilize space reserved only for Personal Trainers and their clients.

♥ All Personal Trainers will wear masks and have their own cleaning spray bottle to sanitize equipment before and after each use.

♥ Members who train in the client designated space will be using equipment only accessible to Training clients.

♥ You will be receiving a personal call from the Fitness Manager to discuss any additional concerns they have (including billing or continuing to freeze your Personal Training) prior to reopening.
