Post Injury Rehab

Exercise is a vital part of the rehabilitation process for most sporting and overuse injuries. The idea that an athlete is completely cured once the treatments on the therapist’s table are over is simply not true. Instead, when individuals use a personal trainer and an injury specific training program they will be given custom strengthening and flexibility exercises. Resistance and functional exercises are included in post rehabilitation programs to ensure the injury site returns to a fully functional state.
